On June 28th, Dr. QIAO Fangli, director of the United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development （2021-2030） （Ocean Decade） Decade Collaborative Centre on Ocean-Climate Nexus and Coordination Amongst Decade Implementing Partners in P. R. China （DCC-OCC）， was invited to attend the 2023 East Asia Marine Cooperation Platform Qingdao Forum, and hosted the main forum.

In the afternoon, Dr. QIAO Fangli delivered a speech at the parallel session with the theme of “Enhance Blue Partner Relationship by Providing High-quality Public Products and Service”。
