Since officially receiving endorsement on June 7, 2021, the ECOP Programme has made remarkable progress through the joint efforts of its coordinators and members. This report systematically reviews the achievements made between June 2021 and May 2026, covering the development of regional, national, and stand-alone nodes, as well as the outcomes of Task Teams and endorsed projects. It also presents the vision for action for the remainder of the Ocean Decade. This report not only bears witness to the dedication and passion of the past, but also sincerely invites more partners to work together in advancing the sustainable development of our ocean.
