Recently, DCC-OCC and DCC-OCS had a bilateral exchange of views on how to efficiently play a coordinating role in serving the Ocean Decade within their respective area of responsibilities and reached a consensus. The full name of DCC-OCS is "Decade Collaboration Center for Ocean Climate Solutions", which is one of the first five approved "Ocean Decade" collaboration centers, and is jointly hosted by Ocean Visions, Georgia Institute of Technology and other institutions. In the future, DCC-OCS will focus more on jointly designing and application of solutions through innovative ecosystems, and DCC-OCC will focus more on jointly producing knowledge and services for solutions. Both parties will work together to provide ocean and climate solutions and services.
